excellent location free valet attentive staff exorbitant charge high delivery fee uncovered salad

The location was excellent. It was close to many restaurants. Free valet parking was a definite perk. The staff were helpful and attentive (always a plus).

The room service charges seemed exorbitant. There was an 18% service charge plus a $5 delivery fee. A tip was also expected. The salad was not covered when my room service order arrived.
